Processing Time

Every order is prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days, not counting weekends and public holidays. When demand is unusually high, preparation may take a little longer than usual. Should a meaningful delay arise, we'll reach out to you by email to keep you informed.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We provide several delivery options so you can choose what suits you best — standard, expedited, and international. Your available methods and their exact costs are shown at checkout. Our main options are:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $15.99
• International Shipping (10–15 business days): $25.99

Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves us, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number. Use it to follow your shipment either here on our site or directly on the carrier's tracking page.

International Orders

We ship to customers around the world, with rates and transit times that depend on where your order is headed. Keep in mind that international shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees, and these charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the package.

Shipping Delays

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but occasional hold-ups are sometimes unavoidable. We can't be held liable for delays that fall outside our control, such as those caused by carriers, severe weather, customs checks, or similar circumstances.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or never turns up, please get in touch within 7 days of the delivery date. Depending on the circumstances, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
