Return Policy

Cancellation

You're welcome to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and we'll issue you a full refund.

If you decide to cancel more than 24 hours after submitting your order, we'll refund 80% of the order value.

Once a product has already shipped, we're no longer able to cancel the order.

Returns

We're happy to accept returns. You have up to 14 days from the day you receive your product to request one. To qualify, the item must be unused and in the same condition it arrived in, and it needs to be in its original packaging. We'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase to process everything.

Please don't ship your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers are charged at most once for shipping costs of $20 (this covers returns), and there's no restocking fee for returning a product.

Refunds

After your return reaches us and has been inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm we've received it, along with whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Still waiting on a refund? Start by checking your bank account once more. Next, reach out to your credit card company, since it can take a little while before the refund officially appears. Then contact your bank, as there's often some processing time involved before a refund posts. If you've gone through all of these steps and still haven't seen your refund, please email us at pavarottilabll@outlook.com.
